چکیده
Purpose: The triglyceride-glucose index (TyG) is an important parameter that reflects insulin resistance and its use has increased recently. Its relationship with cardiovascular diseases been shown in previous studies. Our aim was to investigate the association of residual SYNTAX score (rSS) TyG patients ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention.
Materials Methods: A total 663 STEMI who underwent intervention were included study. divided into 2 groups according level as high low. cut-off value for determined 9.61 by ROC analysis. Coronary artery disease severity calculated both besides baseline clinical demographic variables.
Results: 281 evaluated group 386 low group. rSS above 8 considered high. proportion found be significantly higher than other [114 (40.6) vs. 54 (14.0)]. In addition, independent predictor logistic regression analysis.
 Conclusion: High had a strong

Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio predicts SYNTAX score in patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.
In this study we aimed to investigate whether there is an association between the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) using the SYNTAX score (SXscore). A total of 414 patients with NSTEMI who underwent coronary angiography were enrolled in the study. NLR was measured for all p...
متن کاملElectrocardiographic left ventricular hypertrophy is not associated with increased in-hospital adverse events in patients experiencing first non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction: A single center study
Background: There is conflicting data about prognostic implication of electrocardiographic (ECG) left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with first non- ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). We aimed to examine the association of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) on admission electrocardiogram with adverse outcomes in patients with NSTEMI. Methods: In the present study, ...
متن کاملStudy of the Duration, Outcomes, and Related Factors of Reperfusion Therapy in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Background and Objective: One of the most important advancements regarding the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction is the administration of anti-coagulation medicines (e.g., streptokinase). However, it must be noticed that this medicine requires rapid and timely administration. Moreover, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is increasingly used as a method of revascularization...
متن کاملThe streptokinase therapy complications and its associated risk factors in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the main leading causes of mortality and morbidity. Despite the progress in the treatment of AMI, streptokinase is still being used in many countries. Because of the critical condition of patients with AMI and complications of streptokinase therapy, this study was performed to evaluate the pattern of adverse drug reaction (ADRs) induced by streptokina...
